Cookie information
LAST UPDATED 24 OCTOBER 2026
The technologies used on this website, how optional services are controlled, and how to revisit your choices.
Current website configuration
This website uses WordPress and Pressable hosting. Complianz Free manages optional technology preferences. General and incident support forms use Fluent Forms Free and store submissions within WordPress. Optional Gauges hosting statistics are assigned to Statistics. Consultation booking opens on a separate Koalendar page; no calendar is embedded on this website. Google Analytics, Mixpanel and advertising tags are not configured on this website.
Necessary WordPress functions
Necessary technologies support site security, forms and privacy choices. WordPress login and interface-preference cookies apply to authorised users who sign in; visitors do not need an account to enquire. WordPress interface-preference cookies such as wp-settings-time-1 normally last one year.
Complianz uses first-party cookies such as cmplz_functional, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_policy_id and cmplz_banner-status to remember category or service choices, the policy version and whether the banner has been dismissed. The current preference-cookie expiry is 365 days. You can remove these preference records sooner through browser settings; doing so may cause the banner to appear again.
WordPress also uses browser session storage named wpEmojiSettingsSupports to cache emoji-display support information. The observed entry contains display-support results and a timestamp; it supports rendering rather than visitor measurement.
Third-party requests
Optional Gauges statistics are blocked before a Statistics opt-in. When enabled, the hosting script sends page and referring-page information, browser details, screen or viewport dimensions and a timestamp to secure.gaug.es. Technical request information is also transmitted; see Pressable’s visit-counting documentation. Measurement can involve personal data even where no separate analytics cookie is observed.
Consultation links open the separate Koalendar booking page (opens in a new tab). The main website does not load a Koalendar embed or its supporting scripts. Following a booking link connects to the provider, whose own privacy information and controls apply. Read Koalendar’s privacy policy before submitting appointment details.
The main website’s fonts are served locally. The enquiry forms and their built-in honeypot do not require enabling optional categories.
Cookie preferences
Use the Cookie Preferences control in the footer to reopen the consent banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose Statistics separately. Optional categories start disabled. To withdraw Statistics consent, reopen preferences, turn off Statistics and save, then reload the page. Withdrawing cannot undo information already transmitted while a service was enabled.
You can also review, delete or block stored data through your browser. For a privacy request, contact privacy@cyberxpert.co.uk.
If the configuration changes
We review this information when the website’s services change. New analytics, advertising or embeds must be assessed and this information updated before use. Your browser settings and changes made by external providers can affect how technologies operate.
